WASHINGTON, Feb. 7 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management issued the following news release:
NORMAN, Okla. -- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will hold a two-day wild horse and burro event Feb. 23 - 24 at the Hill Country Youth Event Center in Kerrville, Texas.
The event begins Friday, Feb. 23, at 10 a.m., and will feature 120 animals for adoption. Adoptions take place Feb. 23, noon-6 p.m. and Saturday, Feb. 24, 8 a.m.-noon.
