WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Congressman Matt Rosendale (MT-02) proposed an amendment in the House Natural Resources Committee on a bill which would take Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Stadium out of the National Park Service's management and transfer it to the D.C. government. His amendment would not stop the transfer from taking place, but it would require 25 percent of the gross revenue generated fr . . .
