INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, Feb. 7 -- The Indiana Senate Republicans issued the following news release on Feb. 6, 2024:
A bill authored by State Sen. Gary Byrne (R-Byrneville) that would increase transparency of sexual education instruction in Indiana K-12 schools passed the Senate Tuesday, Feb. 6.
Senate Bill 128 would require school boards to approve human sexuality curricula and schools to publish a direct link to the information and educational tools being used to teach . . .
