INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, Feb. 7 -- The Indiana House Republicans issued the following news release:
The Indiana House of Representatives advanced legislation co-authored by State Rep. Jim Pressel (R-Rolling Prairie) that he said would remove regulations on child-run lemonade stands and support young Hoosier entrepreneurs.
Pressel, who pursued similar legislation in the past, said children who operate a lemonade stand in their front yard can receive a citation from the loc . . .
