PORTLAND, Maine, Feb. 6 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Maine issued the following news release:
A New York man was sentenced today in U.S. District Court in Portland for distributing fentanyl through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
U.S. District Judge John A. Woodcock, Jr. sentenced Tyler Dean, 49, to 24 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release.
According to court records, in June 2020, Dean shipped an envelope . . .
