QUANTICO, Virginia, Feb. 3 -- The U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command issued the following news release:

The Department of the Army Criminal Investigation Division is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for credible information leading to the apprehension of Jesse Bussey. Army CID is working jointly with the United States Marshals Service to bring this fugitive to justice.
