BROWNSVILLE, Texas, Feb. 2 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Customs and Border Protection issued the following news release on Feb. 1, 2024:
Rio Grande Valley Sector Border Patrol agents, in coordination with Cameron County Parks Rangers working Operation Stone Garden, encountered abandoned narcotics on the beach of South Padre Island.
