PHOENIX, Feb. 1 -- The Arizona House Democrats issued the following news release:

House Democratic Leaders released the following statement regarding today's resignation of Representative Leezah Sun after the House Ethics Committee unanimously concluded that she engaged in a pattern of disorderly behavior. Sun resigned shortly before today's House floor session effective immediately. The leadership team filed the ethics complaint against Sun on November 2.
