Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the European Investment Fund (EIF) and the European Investment Bank (EIB) on a revolving synthetic securitisation with Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy S.A. (EFL) for a PLN 2 billion portfolio of leasing receivables.
