UNIVERSITY PARK, Pennsylvania, Jan. 29 -- Pennsylvania State University issued the following news:
Mike Stefan, assistant vice president for state relations, has been named Penn State's vice president for Government and Community Relations, effective Feb. 3.
Stefan succeeds Zack Moore, who will step down as vice president on Feb. 2, following seven years in the position. Moore will serve as a special adviser to Stefan through June 30.
