NEW YORK, Jan. 27 -- White and Case, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the joint lead managers on a Euros500 million notes issuance for Belfius under its Euros10 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
The Reg S, not for distribution in the US issuance comprised Euros500 million fixed rate senior non-preferred notes due January 22, 2029 and will bear a fixed interest rate.
