U.S. Senators Gary Peters (D-MI), Debbie Stabenow (D-MI), Tom Carper (D-DE), John Hickenlooper (D-CO), and Jacky Rosen (D-NV) are urging financial regulators to consider the concerns of small businesses as they develop the proposed rule to update regulations for capital requirements on large U.S. banks, known as Basel III Endgame. The proposed rule would apply to banks with more than $100 billion . . .
