BISBEE, Arizona, Jan. 26 -- Cochise County Board of Supervisors issued the following news on Jan. 25, 2024:
After a Special Election on May 16, 2023, Cochise County voters decided to begin a County Jail Tax effective on January 1, 2024. The total combined rate for most transactions will be 6.6%.
