AUSTIN, Texas, Jan. 26 -- Rep. Michael T. McCaul, R-Texas, issued the following news release on Jan. 24, 2024:
Today, Congressman Michael McCaul (R-Texas), Roger Williams (R-Texas), and 19 members of the Texas congressional delegation wrote to Attorney General Merrick Garland, expressing concern and encouraged reconsideration of the Department of Justice's lawsuit against the State of Texas in relation to Senate Bill 4.
