INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, Jan. 26 -- The Indiana House Democrats issued the following news on Jan. 25, 2024:
Today (Jan. 25), Rep. Victoria Garcia Wilburn (D-Fishers) offered an amendment to House Bill 1164 that would resolve some of the statutory ambiguity that led to the Department of Child Services not investigating several allegations of sexual abuse at the Pierceton Woods Academy residential care facility.
Her amendment clarifies in Indiana's child abuse and neglect . . .
