STONY BROOK, New York, Jan. 26 (TNSres) -- The State University of New York's Stony Brook University issued the following news release:

Prerana Shrestha, PhD, Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurobiology and Behavior in the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University, has received a $2.2 million grant from the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) for research on why individuals with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) have persistent intrusive memories . . .
