SAN ANTONIO, Texas, Jan. 24 -- Texas Biomedical Research Institute issued the following news:

Texas Biomedical Research Institute (Texas Biomed) is launching a new science education program with funding provided by Valero. The program will provide San Antonio high school students with hands-on biomedical research experience.
