HUNTINGTON, West Virginia, Jan. 23 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on Jan. 24, 2024:
Kayla Dawn Powell, 37, of Hurricane, and Donald James Duty, 52, of Huntington, pleaded guilty today to distribution of fentanyl. Powell and Duty admitted to their roles in a drug trafficking organization (DTO) responsible for distributing large quantities of methamphetamine and fentanyl in the Huntington area.
