Today, U.S. Congressman Henry Cuellar, Ph.D. (TX-28) joined Webb County Judge Tano Tijerina and Laredo Mayor Dr. Victor Trevino in unveiling the new Laredo detoxification center, the Roots Recovery Center, located at 1300 Chicago Street.
