NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, Jan. 20 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana issued the following news release:
United States Attorney Duane A. Evans announced that CARLOS GUILLEN ("GUILLEN"), age 38, a resident of New Orleans, pled guilty on January 18, 2024 to distribution of Fentanyl, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(B) and 841(b)(1)(C). In pleading guilty, the defendant faces up to twenty (20) years . . .
