Last week, the U.S. House of Representatives unanimously voted to pass Congressman Vicente Gonzalez's (TX-34) bill H.R. 803, the Pressure Regulatory Organizations to End Chinese Threats to Taiwan Act, or the PROTECT Taiwan Act.
