WASHINGTON, Jan. 17 -- Sen. Bill Cassidy, R-Louisiana, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA) announced that Louisiana will receive $61,151,324.88 from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in Hurricanes Katrina and Ida relief. The Desire Community Housing Corporation will receive $7,336,611.68 for building replacement of the Desire Square Building as a result of Hurricane Katrina. Terrebonne Parish will receive $53,814,713.20 for permanen . . .
