WASHINGTON, Jan. 17 -- The Congressional Budget Office issued the following cost estimate on Jan. 16, 2024, for a bill (S. 1015) that aims to require the Secretary of Agriculture to convey the Pleasant Valley Ranger District Administrative Site to Gila County, Arizona:
