NEWARK, New Jersey, Jan. 17 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey issued the following news release on Jan. 16, 2024:
A New Jersey hospital and certain of its investors have agreed to pay $30.6 million to resolve alleged False Claims Act and Federal Debt Collection Procedures Act violations, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger announced today.
