NEWARK, New Jersey, Jan. 17 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey issued the following news release on Jan. 16, 2024:
A New York man today admitted illegally possessing cocaine and fentanyl for distribution, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger announced.
Isidro Fernandez, 35, New York, pleaded guilty to before U.S. District Judge Katharine S. Hayden in Newark federal court to an information charging him with one count of possession with intent . . .
