WASHINGTON -- Today, Congressman Joaquin Castro (TX-20) released the following statement in response to multiple reports that Texas state officials are blocking U.S. Border Patrol agents from conducting their duties and enforcing U.S. immigration law along the banks of the Rio Grande River in Eagle Pass, Texas:
