JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas, Jan. 12 -- The U.S. Air Force Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland (16th Air Force) issued the following news:
Family, friends and Citizen Airmen gathered to celebrate the retirement of Col. James C. Miller, 433rd Operations Group commander, during a ceremony at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland on Jan. 6.
