WASHINGTON, Jan. 12 -- The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee issued the following news release:
A new City & State piece exposes Mazi Pilip for being subpoenaed just weeks ago in a lawsuit against her husband's medical practice, where Pilip served as Operations Director and which allegedly failed to pay rent.
Pilip was ordered to provide testimony for the case on January 22 - while campaigning as the Republican nominee for the special election in New York' . . .
