INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, Jan. 12 -- The Indiana Senate Republicans issued the following news release:
State Sen. Chris Garten (R-Charlestown) is spearheading a Senate Republican priority bill during the 2024 legislative session to ensure responsible use of taxpayer dollars.
Senate Bill 4 would establish an ongoing process to review and return unused state government funds to the General Fund and enable state agencies to lower or eliminate fines and fees faster.
