WASHINGTON, Jan. 11 -- The U.S. Department of Justice issued the following news release on Jan. 9, 2024:
A former Oregon Department of Human Services employee, Zakary Glover, 30, pleaded guilty today to violating the civil rights of a woman with developmental disabilities who was in his care by engaging in sexual misconduct with her.
"This defendant engaged in sexual misconduct with a woman entrusted to his care who was suffering from significant cognitive impairme . . .
