NEW YORK, Jan. 11 -- White and Case, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Pelion S.A. on an equity investment from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) via a capital increase in Pelion, as a result of which the EBRD will become a minority shareholder in the company.
The EBRD investment will help Pelion, Poland's largest healthcare company which provides pharmaceutical distribution services . . .
