LAREDO, Texas, Jan. 5 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Customs and Border Protection issued the following news release:
U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at the Laredo Port of Entry detained one male wanted on a felony warrant for intoxication manslaughter.
