WASHINGTON, Jan. 4 -- Reproductive Freedom for All (formerly the NARAL Pro-Choice America) issued the following news release on Jan. 3, 2024:
Yesterday, the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that Texas hospitals cannot be required to provide emergency abortion care.
Reproductive Freedom for All President and CEO Mini Timmaraju released the following statement:
"The Fifth Circuit Court ruling is yet another example of the cruelty and archaic vis . . .
