SYRACUSE, New York, Jan. 3 -- Syracuse University issued the following news:
It is not every day that Syracuse University partners with an international organization representing more than 700 million people.
The Council of Europe and the University have announced a new agreement that strengthens and expands an existing relationship by providing internships for students studying abroad in Strasbourg, France, as well as research opportunities for students and faculty.
