NEW YORK, Dec. 28 -- The New York City Police Department issued the following news release on Dec. 27, 2023:
The NYPD is releasing today body-worn camera footage from an officer-involved shooting that occurred on April 13th, 2023 in the confines of the 81st Precinct.
The video includes available evidence leading up to the incident as well as during the incident. The NYPD is releasing this video for clear viewing of the totality of the incident.
