ALBANY, New York, Dec. 23 -- Gov. Kathy Hochul, D-New York, issued the following news release on Dec. 21, 2023:
Governor Kathy Hochul today signed legislation S.4266-A/A.5088-A to establish a task force on missing women and girls who are Black, Indigenous and people of color.
