NEW YORK, Dec. 23 -- White and Case, a law firm, issued the following news release:

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised LX Vistula (Hortex), a portfolio company of MidEuropa, on an amend and extend of its existing debt facilities.

"Our White & Case team has once again supported MidEuropa and its subsidiary Hortex group on a strategically significant deal that will allow them to continue to invest in the Hortex business," said White & Case . . .
