WASHINGTON, Dec. 22 -- The U.S. Chemical Safety Board issued the following news release on Dec. 21, 2023:
Today the U.S. Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board (CSB) released its final report into the fatal explosion and fire at the KMCO production facility in Crosby, Texas.
