Kennedy statement on Colorado Supreme Court ruling

WASHINGTON, Dec. 20 -- Sen. John Kennedy, R-Louisiana, issued the following news release:

MADISONVILLE, La. - Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.) released the following statement upon the Colorado Supreme Court's ruling to exclude former president Donald Trump from the state's 2024 presidential ballot:

"The Colorado Supreme Court has mis-stepped and overstepped. It's ruling reeks of politics and bad faith. It takes agency away from voters and misinterprets the Fourteenth Ame . . .
