NORTH BRANCH, New Jersey, Dec. 20 -- Raritan Valley Community College issued the following news release:
Robert "Bobby" Kopac of Edison Township and Rebecca "Becky" Charles-Estain of Iselin are the first recipients of "The Achievement Scholarship" at Raritan Valley Community College in Branchburg.
