N.J. U.S. Attorney: Sussex County Man Charged in $2 Million COVID-19 Fraud Scheme

NEWARK, New Jersey, Dec. 20 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey issued the following news release on Dec. 19, 2023:

A Sussex County, New Jersey, man was arrested today on charges related to fraudulently obtaining Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) funds and Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL) totaling over $2 million, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger announced today.
