Today, it was revealed to the State Budget Committee that Medicaid will be underfunded by roughly $1 billion due to an "accounting error." State Rep. Ed DeLaney (D-Indianapolis) issued the following statement:
"This is shocking. Due to mismanagement, Medicaid is being underfunded by $1 billion. Let me say that again: $1 bill . . .
