WASHINGTON, Dec. 19 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement issued the following news release:
NORFOLK, Va. - An investigation conducted by Homeland Security Investigation Norfolk field office, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosive Washington, D.C. field division, the Franklin (Virginia) Police Department and the Southampton County (Virginia) Sheriff's Office resulted in convictions for three members or affiliates of a viole . . .
