ALBANY, New York, Dec. 19 -- Gov. Kathy Hochul, D-New York, issued the following news release on Dec. 18, 2023:
Governor Kathy Hochul today joined elected and community leaders to officially open the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Welcome Center at Niagara Falls State Park.
