NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, Dec. 18 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana issued the following news release:
LARRY JAMES, age 23, ALVAREZ JOSEPH CYPRIAN, age 23, and ALSKIIN MILLICAN, age 21, all of St. Tammany Parish, were indicted on December 8, 2023, announced U.S Attorney Duane A. Evans. The indictment was unsealed following the arrest of JAMES, CYPRIAN, and MILLICAN.
