Washington, D.C. -- Today, Congresswoman Elise Stefanik, Congressman Jimmy Panetta (D-CA), Senator Joni Ernst (R-IA), and Chairman of the Select Committee on China Mike Gallagher (R-WI) sent a letter to Secretary of Defense Lloyd J.
