The Dearborn Community Foundation (DCF), Inc. recently awarded a $1,000 Proactive Grant to the Southeast Indiana Chamber Foundation to support the DICE (Dreams, Ingenuity, Creativity, Entrepreneurship) Challenge for Dearborn County high school students.
