La. U.S. Attorney: Gretna Man Pleads Guilty to Violating the Federal Controlled Substances and Gun Control Acts

NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, Dec. 15 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana, Duane A. Evans, issued the following news release:

U.S. Attorney Duane A. Evans announced that FELIX MACKEY pled guilty on December 13, 2023 to violating the Federal Controlled Substances and Gun Control Acts before United States District Judge Jane Triche Milazzo.

MACKEY pled guilty to Counts 1 and 5 of the indictment. Count 1 charges him with conspiracy to distribute and posses . . .
