NEWARK, New Jersey, Dec. 15 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey issued the following news release on Dec. 14, 2023:
A Florida man was arraigned today on charges relating to his role in a scheme to defraud Medicare by billing for medically unnecessary prescriptions, Attorney for the United States Vikas Khanna announced.
