On Dec. 13, 2023, the comment period begins for the preliminary decision to issue a significant amendment to an individual Aquifer Protection Permit to Origin Mining Company, LLC for Mineral Park Mine located in Mohave County, Arizona. The comment period ends Jan. 11, 2024.
